FAQ 623: Error 102 Pervasive status 3103 accessing system

Problem: Receive the above error when accessing the system

Solution: Try these steps in order: 1. Stop and start pervasive on the workstation 2. Reboot the server 3. Pervasive doesn't support MS DFS (Distributed File System). Call Pervasive on directly mapping ASC to ther server. 4. Reinstall Pervasive client (contact ASC support for assistance with this step)
