FAQ 678: Names - Can we change all names in census to the same format without retyping the names?

Problem: We have a large file with names listed in two different formats as follows: "Apple, John" and "Brittany Pear" Is there any way that we can sort them to that all names are listed in the same format without retyping half of the employee names?

Solution: Go to Utilities-Change Structure-Change Employee Names. Among the options is one to set the names to First name first and one to set Last Name first. Names that are already in the selected format are left alone.
