FAQ 736: Login to website - setting up multiple levels

Problem:

How do I set up employee logins for logging into ASC's CSC website?

Login to our website using your current (main) password
Go to the "Admin" tab
Click on "Manage Users"
Enter a Login Name for the user, enter their cell and phone number. You will need to create a password and enter it twice to add the user. They will be able to change this password after logging into the CSC.

Highlight the items they are allowed to access (e.g. FAQ, Documents)
Click "Add User"
Each password should be alpha-numeric and may include a hyphen or underscore.
You can also choose to "Delete User" if you need to remove the user.
When the user logs into the web and tries to access something they shouldn't (e.g. DGEM Billing) - it will say "You are not authorized to access the requested page."

NOTE: The new user's login then becomes your client #, a space, then the name you entered.
e.g. If I entered "JackieO" as the new user in the setup and my company login is ASC0001, my login would then be "ASC0001 JackieO".
