FAQ 905: 401(a)(4) test error message - "Comp401a4 Calculate: WriteRecord: Cannot create Scratchfile record: entry already exists"

Problem: The following error appear when running the 401(a)(4) test on a combination plan. "Comp401a4 Calculate: WriteRecord: Cannot create Scratchfile record: entry already exists"

Solution: Check to make sure the Social Security Numbers are consistent between the two plans and that there are no employee(s) with blank SSNs.
