FAQ 979: Training new Employees on ASC (DB and DC)

Problem: We have a new hire coming on board in about a month and I/we wanted to pick your brain on what you feel is the best way to get her up to speed on the ASC system.

Solution: There are Training user guides on our website that would help step a new user through the training videos, training manuals and ASC system practice. If you save this training guide in your ASC system using file explorer save to ASCNET\Manuals directory, it will then appear on the ASC main menu under Help-Manuals. Please locate and download these guides from our website, under User Documentation: ASC_System_Training_Guide_DC_Plans.pdf Self-Training Guide for the ASC DB and Combo Testing System.pdf Self-Training Guide for the ASC DB and Combo Testing System - Testing Only .pdf They can also step through the training series or watch the ASC video training series on the website for both DC401k Recordkeeping and Compliance Testing and or DB. In ASC on the main menu, click on Help-System Training Videos OR login to the CSC and click on the Home page to see the latest under Training and Web Seminars.
