FAQ 1061: Updating a Field Action Email - Video Available |
Problem: I have a Notify Internally Field Action set up so that when a date is entered in a field, an email is generated to prompt another action. I need to change the email address that those reminders go to. How do I do that? |
Solution: https://asc-net.wistia.com/medias/ajnmoo24c7 1. Go to Manage > Field Actions (Password Protected) 2. Select the Field Action and click Edit. 3. Change who receives the notification email. 4. Save and close the Field Actions window. |
