Problem: How do I set up my clients to access their plan via the web portal? |
Solution: https://asc-net.wistia.com/medias/2h4diu1b1v 1. Select the client contact in the Contacts page or the Contacts/Associates window. 2. Right click and select Edit/Set as Portal User. 3. Check the Is Portal User checkbox. 4. Enter the User Name. This must be unique with no spaces. You will get a message if it is a duplicate. 5. Check the Is Active checkbox. 6. Enter the Password. 7. Check the Change Password on First Logon if you want them to change their password when the logon for the first time. 8. Click OK to save and close the window. 9. Notify the Plan Sponsor of their user name and password. |
