FAQ 1080: Delete and Replace Staff Members - Terminated

Problem: Employee A is no longer here, and I want to replace Employee A with Employee B so all plans and projects that were Employee A's will be changed to Employee B. Is this possible?

Solution: 1. Go to Tools > Staff and select the user you would like to replace (Employee A). 2. Right-click on the Staff field and select Delete and Replace With. (Password Protected) 3. Select the staff member (Employee B) who will be replacing the other staff member (Employee A) that was selected in step 1 above.
