FAQ 1082: Outlook Addin Not Docked

Problem:

The PensionPal Outlook addin is outside of the Outlook program instead of all in one window. How do I get the Outlook addin back into Outlook instead of it floating outside?


Solution:

In Outlook, go to File > Options > General. In the User Interface Options section, click on the Optimize for compatibility option and Restart Outlook.

If you are working on a laptop, you can also click on the Display Settings button in the lower right corner of the window.
