FAQ 1091: Workflow Status Options

Problem:

We have some status choices that are too similar. How do I delete status options in workflow items?


Solution:

1. Go to Manage > Form Designer.
2. Right-click on the workflow field and select Edit This Field.
3. Change the status for the When completed, Set status to field to the status you want to remove.
4. Right-click on that status and select delete.
5. Close the Form Designer and Restart PensionPal.
