FAQ 1102: Delete and Replace Staff Members - Duplicates |
Problem: A staff member's name appears in the staff list twice. Is there a way to combine them? |
Solution: 1. To determine which username the staff member should be using, go to Tools > Staff. 2. The name that shows in the staff window is the name that they are logged into PensionPal with. 3. Select the incorrect (duplicate) user - the one that you want to get rid of. 4. Right-click on the Staff field and select Delete and Replace With. (Password Protected) 5. Select the staff member's correct name. The incorrect name will be merged into the correct name. |
