Solution: https://asc-net.wistia.com/medias/tlzjqptt0a 1. Select the client contact in the Contacts page or the Contacts/Associates window. 2. Right click and select Edit/Set as Portal User. 3. Check the Use Two Factor Authentication box. 4. Select the authentication frequency (Authenticate Every field). 5. Click OK to save and close the window. |
