FAQ 154: 5558 - Form 5558 Top 100 of X, Next 100

Problem: How do we move to the next 100 forms to generate 5558s?

Solution: We recommend that after you have generated a listing under Find - 5558, you first click on the down arrow below the listing and switch from "Create 5558s" to "Export Find Results" to confirm the total forms you will be generating 5558's. Next, run the first batch of 100. At the top of the listing you should see Top 100 of 682, this will count down each time 100 forms are generated. If X is some value greater than 100 than the current selection link will be Top 100 of X. If X is some value less than 100 than the current selection link will be Top X of X. If X is 682 then the selection link will be Top 100 of 682. Assuming the user clicks on the selection link and generates the 100 form 5558's then the next search will show Top 100 of 582.
