FAQ 14: I can't uncheck a radio button

Problem: How do we deselect a radio button in the checklist?

Solution: You can de-select a radio button by double-clicking anywhere in the white space in the section in the right-hand column that contains the radio button(s) you want to clear. That will bring up a Clear Radio Buttons button in the left-hand column that you can then click on to clear the radio button(s) selected under that question.
